I recently stayed at Al Khoory Sky Garden for 8 days, booking two rooms for my family and I While the overall experience was enjoyable, our stay began on a frustrating note. Having requested an early check-in since our flight landed in the morning, the front desk staff member we first encountered was unhelpful, and we were made to wait for a few hours despite traveling with a young child. Fortunately, Saima, another receptionist, came to the rescue. Her professionalism, big smile, and friendly demeanor turned things around. She made our check-in process so smooth and truly brightened my mood. Our rooms were always impeccably clean and fresh, thanks to Mary, the room attendant, and her colleagues. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with warm smiles. The restaurant staff, particularly Sonya and Mustafa, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their friendly and professional service, coupled with their kind and playful interaction with my son, made our dining experiences delightful. Even the baggage handler (a tall gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us numerous times, including efficiently bringing down and loading our luggage during checkout. The food at the hotel was delicious, and breakfast was consistently amazing—though larger tea cups would be a welcome addition! However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The fridge in our room and the toilet air vents didn’t seem to work, an issue other guests mentioned as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some initial hiccups, the excellent service from staff like Saima, Mary, Sonya, Mustafa, and the baggage handler made it a memorable experience. Would I recommend Al Khoory Sky Garden? Absolutely, and I can’t wait to visit again

Excellent professional service at reception by Saima, who arranged booking my room and ensured it faced the sunshine and had a city view. My bags were collected by bellboy Ashok, who showed me to the room and advised me of the entry system for lift and room access via electronic key. Also, he explained lighting controls via touch pad. The room is spacious, has a balcony, and the shower and bathroom facilities are superb. Housekeeping and room cleaning have been exceptional, and the staff Fazal,Rehan,Aster,Eiyaz & Jiten, who kept my room in immaculate condition.. The room service for English breakfast in my room was excellent. It was delivered on a heated trolley and was more like a banquet. Breakfast in the restaurant was also brilliant, and the waitress kindly helped me to my table with my breakfast selection. On leaving, checkout was swiftly carried out in a professional manner by Saima. Bellboy Sandep then collected my bags and even ordered a taxi, & put my bags in the boot, which was very much appreciated 😊 Thank you so much for your professionalism in making my stay so comfortable and relaxed💓

I had a wonderful experience staying at this 4-star hotel in Dubai. Even though it’s not a 5-star, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the pool area was very relaxing. The food was also delicious with a good variety. The location is about 10 minutes away from the city center, which was fine for me — still close enough, but a bit more quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

The hotel is very green and nicely decorated. We liked the breakfast a lot, it was balanced and had quite varied selection of dishes. The room was quiet and the pool inside the hotel was a nice place to relax. Also, my wife really liked the Spa-center and enjoyed massages. The breakfast was good and varied. Although it was very crowded around 9 am. It was nice to be able to have breakfast in the courtyard. The swimming pool was a good addition. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was easy to order a taxi and book tickets for attractions. The place was very close to the airport and also the metro.
